Account Aggregation - MyOnlineCenter

Not only is Online Banking the perfect way to transfer funds, monitor bills and more, it's now a great way to view all of your account information and net worth in one place and on one screen (even accounts from other financial institutions or credit cards). Because it's a part of First Tech Online Banking, MyOnlineCenter is free. Discover greater flexibility and information at your fingertips with MyOnlineCenter.

  • Funds Transfer Service In conjunction with MyOnlineCenter, Funds Transfer Service (FTS) allows you to transfer funds to and from a Savings or Checking account at First Tech and any financial institution within the United States in which you own an account.

To access MyOnlineCenter login to Online Banking and select MyOnlineCenter from the left navigation bar and then select View Accounts to see your monitors. As with the new Online Banking system, you will find that you will automatically see all First Tech accounts in which you have an ownership role.

05.01.06 | If you previously used MyOnlineCenter
Once you login to your account in the new Online Banking system, your monitors will be transferred to the new system and will be found when the Primary Account Holder logs into their MyOnlineCenter account. If the Non-Tax Owner (joint owner) wishes to view accounts in MyOnlineCenter, the user will need to enroll in the service and add the accounts that they wish to view.

07.28.06 | Accounts not displaying as liabilities
Many members have told us their assets and liabilities are not listed correctly. To make the account show in the proper asset or liability column, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on "view accounts" in MyOnlineCenter. In the NetWorth Monitor box, click the + sign.
  2. You will then see a list of your accounts
  3. Find the account you wish to remove from view, and click on the correspnding "modify" link.
  4. On the modify screen, uncheck the box entitled "Select to include in Household Net Worth".
  5. Click on the "continue" button.
  6. Click "update"
  7. Click "finish"

If you would like to remove an account from view, follow the steps below:

  1. In the Finance Monitor box, click the + sign.
  2. Highlight the institutions (i.e. First Tech) you want to modify, and click edit.
  3. You will then see a list of your accounts. Highlight the account you want to remove from view, and remove the check mark from the Show/Hide column.
  4. Click "update"
  5. Click "update" agan.
