Online Statements
Everything is electronic nowadays. But, as you know they're all time-saving devices. And now, you have another "e" way to keep in touch with your First Tech account. It's called eNotice.
With eNotice, your primary email address can now be used to receive secure, generic announcements letting you know that your monthly statement as well as any other First Tech account notices can be viewed within First Tech Online Banking. Then you can get all of your statements in real time.
No more First Tech paper announcements sitting in your insecure post mailbox; and that includes VISA statements, notice of insufficient funds and just about any other account notice imaginable. Together, we'll save some trees, make banking a lot safer and get all of your account information to you in real-time.
If you're a current online banking user, start your own eNotice revolution by logging into Online Banking and selecting eNotice/Statements from the left hand navigation and click Help.
Viewing your statements online When you click the "eNotice/Statements" link you will see links to view various statement and notice types. Choose the appropriate type that you wish to view. The list may go as far back as twelve to twenty-four months.
If you click the "View PDF" link for any month, you will see your statement for that month.
You can print or save the statement using Adobe Acrobat. Click either the Print icon or the Save icon to proceed.
To download a free version of Adobe Acrobat go to their web site www.adobe.com
You can view the following statement and notice types:
- Monthly Statements
- Visa Statements
- Overdraft Notices
- NSF Notices
- Loan Coupons
- Late Notices
- Visa Renewal Notices
- Certificate Maturity Notices
- Disclosures for your Visa and Account Statements
If your account has not generated any of these additional notices on the past few months and you click the link, you will simply get a message that no notices were found.
